The staff were very kind and helpful. Yousef, the restaurant supervisor, was especially great. The hotel was quite and clean. The breakfast had a huge variety of options!

Check-in was chaotic and had long wait lines. My room was not cleaned one day. The meals were too expensive. I paid quite a lot.

Acceptable stay, some issues present

breakfast variety mountain view drinking water room service

The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of choices. The jacuzzi and swimming pool offered a wonderful mountain view. The playing room also offered table tennis and pool.

There was no complimentary drinking water in the room. I had to call the staff to bring it, and that took some time. there was no menu card available for room service.

the breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of tasty options. i loved the wonderful smell throughout the hotel, but the corridors were particularly enchanting. i felt pampered , and the attentiveness of the staff elevated the experience.

I did notice service inconsistencies. It took multiple follow-ups for basic requests. the initial lack of flexibility was a bit disappointing, particularly when traveling with my baby.
